1.       Prepare all required documents for importation before the arrival of shipment to avoid demurrage and detention fees.

2.       Prepare the expenses payment as custom clearance, inland transportation, custom duty, taxes and all additional expenses and try to reduce it to reduce the total expenses to offer the goods with competitive price.

3.       Follow up transferring the invoice value with the bank, and prepare all documents needed for import.

4.       Discuss with suppliers for product price or specification, method of dispatch and payment method if the situation need that as a customer desire.
